- Deutsch & Sons serves as an extension of your Research and Development Department. Provide us with your designs and
requirements and we will utilize our resources and experience to produce quality prototypes.
- We are a full service shop that houses many operations under one roof. Our equipment includes machining centers, a hydro form, vacuforms and numerous presses—the largest being a 300 ton, 60" x 118" hydraulic press.
- We fabricate prototypes in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, lead and various harder materials, specializing in deep drawn stampings and other parts.
- We produce short run steel stampings, either a piece or an assembled part, for testing or direct use in lots up to 2000.
- Should your project require plastic, either as the material or as a cost-saving visual model, our vacuforms can create plastic prototypes in any size and gauge.
