From your provided CAD data or prints, we design and manufacture tooling for prototype, pre-production, short run, and bridge quantities. With our experience we can economically manufacture tooling specific to your requirements. While protype tooling is made in a way to accommodate revisions quickly and accurately, some pre-production or short run production tooling can be made to accommodate higher volumes.

We specialize in deep drawn, formed and stamped prototypes. From blank development to advanced forming techniques, we have the experience to achieve challenging formed parts. We have the capabilities to work with a variety of materials including all grades of mild steel, stainless, mirrored stainless, bright annealed, aluminum, brass, pre-painted and pre-coated, lead, various harder materials and plastics.  We produce short run stampings, ranging from a single piece to an assembled part or a weldment, for testing and direct use, in lots up to approximately 2000 pieces.

We have the ability to ensure accuracy, repeatability and offer quicker turnaround times by providing a variety of welding and assembly services in house. Using TIG, MIG and brazing applications, as well as sources for laser welding, we will be able to achieve your welding needs. We have experience with many kinds of industry offered welded and pressed-in fasteners and are comfortable with their applications and tolerances. We are able to customize and finish your parts to your specifications.

We have the ability to create and model tooling off of an existing CAD, print or physical sample to achieve your desired solution. We have software to unfold simple and complex parts into flats with a high level of accuracy. We can also laser scan physical parts to generate geometry and have the ability to add or remove features in existing models to generate desired geometries.
